I’m the founder & owner of the Maggie Walker Weddings Team. It’s wild that I’ve been running my business for over nine years now - it’s been an amazing ride and I still am in love with what I do! I’m a travel and hiking junkie, an ice cream lover, A CLICHE MILLENIAL DOGMOM, an enthusiastic Hufflepuff, and I LOVE planning weddings! My mantra I tell myself is “strength and joy”, because I want to live my life in a way that those values are reflected to everyone I meet. When I’m not helping you plan and style your wedding, then you can find me being a goofball on an adventure with those I love!

If there's one thing I love... it's a party! Give me all the color, florals, and thoughtful details & my little planner heart will be happy. My favorite part of wedding day? The mess afterwards (no, really). Confetti, empty glasses, leftover flowers, slices of cake with just a few bites left - All the evidence that you had the celebration of your dreams! I'm also obsessed with traveling, reading romantasy novels, and my cat Saroo.

I absolutely love helping couples plan a stress-free day. I’m a licensed social worker (so handling chaos and people? I Got you!). I love the creative outlet that wedding planning provides. I almost always have a cup of coffee in hand and a sarcastic comment to go with it. When I’m not working, you can find me planning my next travel adventure, bargain shopping, or spending time with friends.

Howdy! You can usually find me baking, messing with my cats, or challenging friends to a new board game. I'm a born & raised Georgia girl! I love living in my quiet small town and being only a few minutes away from Chatt. My house is filled with dried flowers that I've saved from weddings, and plants that are mostly alive. I was always planning events for different organizations in college (shoutout to West Georgia). But, I didn't get my wedding planning spark until I was working at a bridal store with the best mentors that helped me on my feet. I want all of my couples to enjoy every laugh, happy tear, warm hug, and song on the dance floor without worrying about a single thing.
